Want to re-upholster my Malibu Skier. Is there a different material I could use instead of plywood for some of the seat bottoms that wouldn't be so heavy? Some type of manufactured material. Might as well create all new if re-upholstering....

There is a material called Coosa I think you can get it here www.tacomarine.com have also heard you can use a material called AZEK (alot cheaper than Coosa) and it can be ordered at some building supply stores. Have never used either so you may want to research further.
